By using Brand Update ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Brand Update is a WhatsApp-to-Instagram content publishing service. You send photos and videos via WhatsApp, and we help you publish them to your connected Instagram Professional or Business account. The Service includes:

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The 2-day free trial allows you to explore the Service with limited features. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your access will end automatically. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@brand-update.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Ownership: You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and text you send through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License: By using the Service, you grant Brand Update a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to Instagram as you instruct. This license ends when your content is deleted from our servers.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service. You represent that:
The Service uses AI to suggest captions for your posts. You should review all AI-generated captions before approving them for publication. You are responsible for the final caption that gets published to your Instagram account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service relies on third-party platforms including WhatsApp and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). You acknowledge that:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Update shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold Brand Update harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or use it in a way that could harm other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and ceasing to message our WhatsApp bot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
